Yes, but don't expect that much of a bump. Less restriction = more HP.

Yes, but how much depends on the car itself. Honda and small 4 cylinders may get 10 or so HP but a LS7 Corvette engine will gain 50 if the engine is fully stock and performance work has been done to it. More if there has been. Cylinder head porting also dictates flow and is recommendedwith headers for the highest HP and TQ gains.

Any set of headers will increase horsepower. Less restriction on the exhaust system.

Yes, but you will only see about 5 extra HP at the red line, unless you have your ECU remapped. As with any aftermarket parts designed to increase air flow, they only affect your car when pushed to the absolute maximum. For example, i installed a K&N intake on my car, and gained 9hp a the redline. After having my ECU remapped, I gained 27 hp and 32 ft lbs of torque, in the lower to mid range RPMs.
type SPEED TUNING USA into google, and check them out. They did my ECU for about $200

yes how much depends on style of header and engine being added to

well if you ask me deleting the catalyst and resonator increased my performance noticeably from a standing still to full throttle. Of course that if you don't mind the loud sound you get after deleting those.
