I saw this car and really want to purchase it so bad. But before i did my dad talked to a mechanic who is our neighbor and helps us out when our cars have problems. Anyways, he said that this type of car uses up too much oil which could lead to overheating. Now b/c of that my dad does not want me to buy it, he is helping me with 1,300 so he has some say also. Is this true?? About the car using up too much oil and tendency to overheating? Thank you.

i have the same car as this but stick and near the same mileage. mine has 100100 so i can kinda tell you what mine has done. its been great really.... but about over heating its also been fine. something you might just tell your dad to try and sell the car to him lol is that the radiator fan doesn't spin unless the ac is on and that could be the reason for some of the overheating stories. but also if he is using synthetic oil it burns hotter making it able to seep through the head gasket cover... also can be the reason for it looking like it uses a lot of oil.(trust me i though the same thing that mine was eating oil) but over all this car is very nice. i highly recommend it. also if you really want to push him over the top tell him that it is very safe for a first car. its got a heavy body and chassis making it very reliable in crashes ( again my brother had one of these and totaled it going about 100 and the worst thing he had was a broken ankle... hope this helps and sorry that this is so long haha

Same retarded question, same answer. Take pics of yourself pissing your pants when the cops get you. Even if you win, who cares? You've both got slow and outdated cars. What do you win? The title of having a slow car that's not as slow as your idiot friends? Another tortoise and the snail battle between two piece of **** second hand cars that mommy daddy paid for at the local high school, and here I was thinking that The Fast and the Furious jackassery had gone out of style. And when your 3xp3r7 dRiViNg sKiLLz can't save you from hitting an uneven patch of road at 120 and you end up killing yourself, don't expect me (or anyone else with half a brain in this world) to feel sorry for you, and if you kill someone else, have fun getting your *** gaped by big black ***** for the next ten years.
