Ok, first off, I want to know if I can do that I want to know how to drift with an Automatic Rear Wheel Drive Mitsubishi Eclipse (2000 - 01 Make). Second, I want to how to drift. I'm only 15 and haven't got my permit or license, but I still want to know because I want to drift and be called the "Drift King" at my school. Plus, I think its really sick. And I also want to know what risks there are and if I can flip or rollover or something. In addition, is there some kind of special "drifting" tires and or modifications that I have to get?

First off there has never been and probably never will be a rear wheel drive eclipse.

For the idiot who thinks they were between 95-99. those were either front wheel drive

or all wheel drive. Honestly kid i would get a cheap rear wheel drive car like the 240sx

and learn from there. Believe me, learning how to drift with using your gas to control the car

is alot better than the local idiots pulling the e brake up and *** dragging around a corner.

Do not try this. You will wreck your car and probably injure yourself. I've seen many hot-shot new drivers destroy very nice cars their parents bought for them in an attempt to appear bad ***. But if you go somewhere where it's safe, and you know what you're doing, it's pretty easy. Turn in with no power, when you reach the apex of the turn floor it and the back end will step out. Counter steer and hold the gas. Ease off to straighten back up, don't just let off the gas, the car will snap around and you will probably over-correct and wreck. But for God's sake don't try this the day you get your liscense. Are you in Middle School? Because I know of no one at my high school that aspires to be called "Drift King."

You can't drift that car because they only made thy car in fwd and awd. Drifting an automatic is also alot harder. Jus buy a cheap 240sx with a manual and do some actual researh about what you want to do.
