My dash lights dont work and the passenger parking lights dont work on the outside. however the check engine, battery, etc lights work as your starting the car. and the parking lights on the drivers side frount and back work but not the passenger side. What could cause this? I checked the fuses and they seem to be fine. Any help here?

You said you checked the fuses, did you check All the fuses? Like the ones Under the hood in the engine compartment? On today's cars they are now running fuses for the left & right side lights separately. These fuses are located Under the hood. check them, If you can`t find them they are in a small black plastic box with the cars relays. If you still can`t find them look in your owners manual, it will show you there. Good Luck, I hope this helps you out. Ps there should be a few spare fuses under the cover of that box. ( I think, on that model )

I know this sounds really stupid, but is there a panel dimmer? My sister ran her car off the side of the road in the snow one time and the panel lights stopped working, she thought she broke something. It turns out that there was a switch (the round type like a radio dial on an alarm clock...) on the dash to the left of her steering wheel lower on the dash that wasn't obvious and when she moved it in the other direction the panel lights came back on. If it's not a fuse, you might start looking for a dimmer switch? Best wishes!

The dash lights may be out because of a bad dimmer rheostat below the dash gauges on the drivers side. I've also seen all 5 bulbs burn out at once from a voltage surge, so you might check to see if the bulbs are bad.

The side markers burn out or get corroded. The bulbs should be removed from the sockets and inspected.

OK I KNOW THE ANSWER TO THIS ONE... YOUR CAR HAS 2 FUSE BOXES.. ONE IS RIGHT UNDERNEATH THE STEARING WHEEL BUT , THERE IS ANOTHER FUSE BOX UNDER THE HOOD AND YOU WILL HAVE A BLOWN FUSE IN THERE. I THINK THE FUSE IS LABELD CABIN LIGHTS OR SMTHING

go to the manufacturer and have them check it for you
